Eric Starcik has an interesting post about the five principles a startup must have:
- Make stuff people want
- Do the work – constantly keep doing your karma without getting too distracted
- Don’t be evil – realize that social networking has made people to find out your unsavory practices quite easily
- Build a system – don’t make the company too dependent on the founders
- Don’t give up – there will be bad phases and it is a roller coaster ride.
