AuthorGen is a Chandigarh based startup that provides authoring solutions for e-learning. It has 2 major products – authorsstream that enables you to store and share presentations easily on the web, and conduct webinars, and authorpoint – to author interactive teaching content.

AuthorStream has a feature to convert powerpoints to video or flash and download them. The free account allows for limited storage and is ad supported. The pro and business accounts cost $2.5 and $4o per month respectively. It also a facebook app for presentation sharing that has over 18000 monthly active users.
