Groupon.com has simply revolutized the ecommerce space and dozens of startups have sprung up imitating this successful model. Snapdeal is the leader among India’s deal sites and primarily deals with spas and beauty related services. Owned by Jasper Innovative Marekting solutions, Snapdeal has secured a Rs. 50 crores+ in VC funding this year. It has also entered the mobile space with its m-coupons this year. While it is investing a lot in other marketing avenues, it is not tapping Facebook fully as indicated by its fan page.
