Though the market is very crowded with the likes of Magicbricks.com, 99acres.com etc, there is still huge amount innovation potential in this space. Unlike US real estate sites like Redfin.com and Zillow.com, Indian real estate sites don’t place sufficient attention to UX & design or ensuring quality data in their listings. There is real value if they really replace the intermediaries and enable direct selling by the buyer.
